Established in 2008 by Linnie S. Carter, Ph.D., APR, Linnie Carter & Associates LLC (LCA) is a full-service consulting group that provides public relations, marketing, fundraising and executive services for institutions of higher education and other organizations.​

As a pioneer in today’s marketplace, LCA is a fully virtual company with associates located throughout the United States. This structure results in a very efficient and effective business, which allows us to share the cost savings with our clients through competitive and economical fees.

Because of LCA’s company structure, we accept clients from around the country. Geography presents no challenge to us.

The team of associates is comprised of talented, experienced, creative and hardworking professionals with decades of experience. These colleagues are among the best in their fields.
