I am honored to serve as a vice president at the largest community college in Pennsylvania. I will be transitioning from that position in July 2025 and focusing on my company, Linnie Carter & Associates LLC. As the president and CEO of Linnie Carter & Associates LLC, I want to serve YOU - Black women CEOs.

As a Black woman leader, I know firsthand and understand the challenges you may face:

  • Disloyalty - Some members of your team are not loyal to you.

  • Distrust - You cannot trust some members of your team.

  • Jealousy - Your biggest haters are jealous of you.

  • Misogyny - You are mistreated due to your gender.

  • Racism - You are mistreated due to your race.


I have faced these challenges too and continue to do so. Therefore, you never have to convince me of the obstacles being placed in your way. You never have to worry about me gaslighting you. You deserve a Black woman team member who will believe you, believe in you and show up for you. I am that person. I am courageous, discreet, high-performing, loyal, reliable, strong, supportive and trustworthy. I will not betray or embarrass you. I will work hard for you and, if necessary, fight beside you.

I would like to work with you in any or all of these capacities:

  • Serve in executive-level positions on an interim basis - When your administrators resign, I would like to fill those positions on an interim basis until you are able to hire permanent successors.

  • Coach you and/or your executive-level leaders - When you and/or your executive-level leaders need a sounding board, I would like to listen to you and give advice when requested.

  • Handle special projects - When you have special projects and your team members do not have the time or capacity to handle them, I would like to manage the projects for you.

I am not good at what I do. I am GREAT at it. Whatever your goals are, I can help you to

achieve them. Please do not take my word for it. Many people can attest to this, including seven  CEOs. Of these leaders, two are Black women, one is a Black man, two are White women and two are White men.
